Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RUSL-DWUSL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

RUSL-DWUSL is a mobile application that allows users to resolve disputes through a real-time Rock-Paper-Scissors game. Users can set custom conditions, play remotely via room codes, and keep a history of resolved disputes.

Eligibility

RUSL-DWUSL is designed for users of all ages. By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

User Conduct

When using RUSL-DWUSL, you agree to:

Use the app for its intended purpose — entertainment and personal use
Not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its servers
Not use the app for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
Not use offensive, inappropriate, or harmful language in player names or dispute conditions

We reserve the right to restrict access to our services for users who violate these terms.

Multiplayer Features

By using multiplayer features, you understand that:

Game sessions are temporary and data is not permanently stored on our servers
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free multiplayer service
Game results and dispute outcomes are for entertainment purposes only and are not legally binding
You are responsible for any conditions or stakes you set within the app — PocketClub is not a party to any agreements made between players

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in RUSL-DWUSL are the property of PocketClub LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RUSL-DWUSL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PocketClub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RUSL-DWUSL. This includes damages related to loss of data or disputes between users arising from game outcomes.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
