1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RUSL-DWUSL ("Game"). By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

The Application is developed and maintained by PocketClub LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

RUSL-DWUSL is a mobile game that allows users to play a modified version of Rock-Paper-Scissors, create custom conditions for winners and losers, save game history locally, and play with other users via room codes.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

The Application is suitable for all ages. Children under 13 must obtain permission from parents or guardians before use.

3.2 Account Requirements

Current version requires no account creation. Future versions may include optional registration.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Application is available worldwide where permitted by local laws.

4. Rules of Use

4.1 Permitted Use

• Use the Application for personal entertainment
• Create game conditions that don't violate laws
• Share room codes with other users

4.2 Prohibited Use

• Use for illegal activities
• Create offensive, threatening, or obscene conditions
• Hack, modify, or decompile the Application
• Use for monetary gambling
• Distribute malware
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use for harassment or bullying

5. User Content

You are fully responsible for the game conditions you create. We do not moderate user content. You retain all rights to content you create. The Application does not enforce game conditions — all agreements between players are informal and voluntary.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Application including source code, design, interface, logos, trademarks, and game mechanics belong to PocketClub LLC and are protected by copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.

7. Purchases and Payments

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases (ad removal, premium themes, additional features). All payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect payment information. All sales are final — refunds are governed by store policies.

8. Advertising

The free version contains third-party advertising which may use cookies, collect anonymous data, and redirect to external websites. We are not responsible for advertising content.

9. Privacy

Your data use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, specific results, or compatibility with all devices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Application.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Application, your user content, or your violation of third-party rights.

13. Changes to Application

We reserve the right to update, modify, add or remove features, discontinue support for old versions, and change system requirements.

14. Termination

You may terminate use at any time by deleting the Application. We may terminate or suspend your access for Terms violations. Upon termination your license is revoked and local data will be lost.

15. Dispute Resolution

First attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation by contacting us via email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. All disputes will be resolved in courts of Massachusetts.

16–23. General Provisions

We may update these Terms with notification through the Application. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms represent the complete agreement. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We are not liable for force majeure events. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors' use. Export restrictions apply per U.S. law.
